According to the Public Relations Office of the Third International Arbaeen Narrative Festival, a memorandum of understanding was signed with a knowledge-based company aimed at enhancing the quantity and quality of works and compiling the book “A Galaxy of Narratives.” The agreement was signed in the presence of Engineer Amir Shokoohinia and Hojjat al-Islam Dr. Ali Khedavi.
