Rules and Regulations :
- Participants can enter up to 5 audios in the elegy competition.
- The work submitted in the competition must be related to at least one of the announced topics.
- The format of the files must be in mp3.
- Each file must not be longer than 5 minutes.
- Each participant can apply in both categories.
- In the case where the work is done by a team, the person who has registered in the system will be the representative of the team.
- The work sent to the board of directors of the event will not be returned.
- The main board of directors is permitted to publish and broadcast the work on different networks.
