General Regulations for Work Submission :
- All students of the Islamic nations are free to participate in this event.
- The completion and submission of the registration form is an indication of the participant’s acceptance of all the terms and conditions.
- Each artist can participate in all sections of the event.
- Participation in the event is only possible through registering and uploading the art piece on “The Story of Arbaeen” website at the link: revayatearbaeen.com
- It is mandatory for all artists to attach their work ID which includes the name, size, technique, and material of the art piece to the submitted work. Moreover, if the art piece itself is sent then the abovementioned details should be listed in the form.
- The quality of the files must be in a way that the board of juries can assess the details of the art piece.
- In the case where the files are incomplete, the art piece will not be permitted to enter the competition.
- The artist’s name must be engraved on digital or non-digital art pieces.
- It is necessary for the art piece to be original and the artists are obligated to observe laws pertaining to copyright.
- The board of directors of the event is allowed to use the art piece in exhibitions, advertisements, and publishing in different forms.
- Submitted art pieces will not be returned.
- Decisions regarding unforeseen matters will be done by the board of directors.
- After reviewing the works by the jury, 3 of the best works will be selected and introduced in each section, regardless of the ranking.
- It is mandatory for the winners to attend the closing ceremony.
